Return & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns/replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Products without tags or original packaging

3. Replacement Process

• Replacements are subject to stock availability.

• If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
